Friendly owners, clean rooms and amenities, good breakfast, close to Ischgl, nice location.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in the Austrian Alps. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The newly renovated rooms were comfortable and clean, with modern bathrooms. The whole hotel had a fresh and inviting atmosphere, and the views from the rooms were stunning. The location, right in the valley, was convenient and easily accessible. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the beautifully decorated breakfast room. this hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail.

No improvements needed - everything was perfect!

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ischgl/Kappl. The value for money was excellent as the room rate was very reasonable for what was provided. The room itself was spacious and had a lovely view of the valley, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing. The hotel staff were attentive and always eager to help with any request. I also appreciated the attention to detail, as I was welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine and even received a complimentary schnaps. The breakfast buffet was quite rich and had a good variety of options to choose from. The ski room was equipped with all the necessary equipment for boots and skis, which made it convenient for me as a skier. this hotel provided a great experience with its lovely interiors, great views, and friendly staff.

We stayed in a hotel close to the bus station and the ski bus stop to Ischgl. They were keen to help with everything which made us feel welcomed. the room was clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom. Breakfast was diverse and had fresh products every day. They provided lockers with ski boots dryers and a storage room for ski equipment.

The hotel had limited payment options and only accepted cash, which would have been a pre-warning would have been nice.

the place is stunning, with brand new facilities, including a room for ski equipment and boot dryers. the interior design is perfect, with lovely views from the windows. the location of the hotel is also ideal, being easy to reach and close to the ski bus station. the breakfast was very good, with fresh, diverse products every day. the staff was extremely nice and helpful, always keen to assist us in any way.

I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel! the only minor issue was that the property is situated right off the road, which can cause some noise.

During our Christmas holidays, we stayed at a hotel that exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was superb, with plenty of tasty and fresh products to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the freshly-squeezed juices, which were a healthy and delicious complement to our morning meal. the hotel was conveniently located near the ski slopes and the shuttle service made it easy for us to get around. What made our stay even better was the friendly and welcoming staff, who made us feel right at home.

The hotel only accepted cash payments. It was inconvenient to have to withdraw large sums of money from several ATMs.
